Golden Milk Latte


This golden milk latte is motivation in a mug! Spicy, warm, and comforting, it is a true stress reliever.


Serves 1 - 15min preparation time


Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp of honey

¼ tsp ground turmeric

¼ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)



Instructions:

1- Set a small saucepan over medium heat and poor the almond milk, honey, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon powder and black pepper.

2- Keep below a simmer, stirring occasionally for 10minutes.

3- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
